Incorrect / Correct VSCCS Certificate Examples
1. Vehicle Description & Vehicle Details – (Page 1….. of the Compliance Certificate)
i) Enter and complete all fields with the relevant information. Do not enter zero values in the the vehicle details columns. Obtain the vehicle specification from either the manufacture of vehicle or from the Road Vehicle Descriptor Online (RVDS / RVCS) using the Australian vehicle compliance approval Number found on the vehicle compliance plate.
Note: All fields on the certificate must be filled with the appropriate and correct data
2. Description of Vehicle or Modification – (Page 2….. of the Compliance Certificate)
i) In writing enter a detailed full description of modification including component, part number and any test report information.
ii) List effected ADR,s.

i) Tick and select the appropriate applied modification codes.
